- 1 packet Puff pastry dough (frozen, about 450 grams)
- 120 grams ham (thinly sliced)
- 2 bunches scallions
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- Sesame seeds (to sprinkle)
Preparation steps

Separate and thaw the puff pastry. Put puff back together and roll out on a floured surface into a rectangle, about 4 mm (approximately 1/8 inch). Rinse and cut the spring onions into diagonal rings.

Lay the ham on the dough with spring onions and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds. Loosely roll the puff from the long side. Cut crosswise into slices about 3 cm (approximately 1 inch). Place rolls next to each other in a greased springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
