1 Tbsp lemon juice
12 slices Bread (toasted)
8 Lettuce (torn into bite-sized pieces)
9 ozs iberian ham (Bellota)

Preparation steps

1.
Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil, lemon juice and salt and ground black pepper.
2.
Top 8 slices of toast with the tomatoes and add the lettuce and ham. Place these slices on top of each other to create four sandwiches and finish with a final slice of toast.
3.
Cut into triangles, secure with tooth picks and garnish with the remaining ham.
