- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 150 grams powdered sugar
- 250 grams ground Hazelnuts
- 40 Hazelnuts
Preparation steps
1.
Beat egg whites with the lemon juice until stiff. Sprinkle in the powdered sugar while stirring and continue beating until the mixture shines. Fold in the ground hazelnuts.

Preheat the oven to 150°C (approximately 300°F) convection.

Place the nut mixture in a piping bag with a large spout and pipe walnut-sized portions onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Top each portion with 1 hazelnut and bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

Carefully take cookies off the sheet and let cool before serving.
