- Ingredients
- 300 grams Pastry flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 180 grams brown sugar
- 225 grams butter
- 150 grams Raspberry jelly
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the flour, baking powder, egg, salt, brown sugar and butter together and knead quickly into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 3 mm (approximately TK inch) thick. Cut out with a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Place the hearts on the baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes until golden. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack. Spread half of the cookies with raspberry jelly and set another cookie on top.
