50 grams Gorgonzola
1 Tbsp Mascarpone
1 Tbsp red peppers (flakes)
4 plates Puff pastry dough
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsps milk

Preparation steps

Crumble the Gorgonzola and mix it with the mascarpone. Pound the red pepper flakes in a mortar, add to the cheeses and stir together. Defrost the puff pastry, then roll out on a floured surface and cut out different shapes, as desired (hearts, stars, rectangles, etc.). Mix the yolks and milk together.

Brush some of the pastry shapes with the egg-milk mixture and fill others with the cheese mixture and brush the edges slightly. Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the puff pastries on it and bake until golden, about 12 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
