Nutritional values

Would have thought a salad would replenish your protein account? Thanks to mozzarella, it is possible, because it contains about 20 grams of protein per 100 grams, perfect for strong muscles.

A slice of wholemeal bread or baguette goes well with the colourful tomato salad. Click here for our favourite bread recipes.
If you can't get colourful tomatoes, you can of course prepare the tomato salad exclusively with red tomatoes.
