- 32 ozs mixed, ripe Heirloom tomato (at room temperature)
- Sea salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- extra-virgin olive oil (for drizzling)
- white balsamic vinegar (for drizzling)
- fresh Basil (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and trim the tomatoes. Cut them into various sizes, (slices, wedges, halves or leave tiny tomatoes whole).

Arrange the tomatoes on a chilled serving plate and season to taste with sea salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
