- 4 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Red onions
- 150 grams parsley
Preparation steps
1.
Mix vinegar in a bowl with oil, mustard and season with salt and pepper. Peel onion, cut in half and thinly slice.
2.
Rinse parsley, shake dry and coarsely chop leaves. Mix parsley and onion with vinaigrette and serve arranged on plates.
