- ¼ oz Hibiscus tea (loose)
- 8 leaflets Sage
- 2 Limes
- 2 Vanilla bean
- 4 tsps Agave syrup
- Ice cubes
Preparation steps
Put hibiscus flower tea in a tea strainer or tea infuser, add sage leaves, pour 34 ounces of boiling water over it, and steep for 8 minutes. Remove tea strainer, leave sage leaves in infusion, and cool for 30 minutes, then put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, squeeze limes. Cut the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the pulp. Add lime juice, vanilla pulp and agave syrup to the cooled tea, stir well and divide among 4 glasses. Add ice cubes and serve.
