For the dough
150 grams Quark
salt
1 egg
6 Tbsps vegetable oil
250 grams Pastry flour
1 packet Baking powder
For the topping
2 cooked and cooled Chicken breasts
2 red onions
150 grams Crème fraiche
2 tsps Curry
1 Tbsp Barbecue sauce
salt

200 grams grated Pizza cheese (such as a blend of mozzarella, provolone and parmesan)

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F) convection.

For the dough, mix quark, salt and egg with the whisk of hand mixer until smooth. At high speeed, mix oil by tablespoons into quark mixture until well-mixed. Sift flour and baking powder over quark mixture, then mix with the dough hook of hand mixer until dough is completely smooth and elastic.

Divide dough and shape into two balls. On a floured work surface, roll out dough circles to fit pans and line greased pizza pans with dough.

For the topping, mix creme fraiche, barbecue sauce and curry, then season with salt and pepper. Spread sauce over pizza dough, leaving a small margin around edges. Sprinkle cheese over sauce. Cut chicken breasts into small cubes and evenly spread over cheese. Peel onions and cut into thin rings, then spread rings over chicken. Bake in preheated oven for about 25-30 min. Remove from oven. Serve hot.
