Nutritional values

The type number of flour indicates how many minerals are contained in 100 grams. Accordingly, spelt flour type 1050 contains a whopping 1050 milligrams of minerals, while wheat flour type 450 contains less than half that amount.

To conjure up a vegetarian version, the pan pizza without yeast can also be prepared with tofu instead of chicken. You can replace the Parmesan with a hard cheese without animal rennet, for example Montello cheese. If you do not have lovage at home, you can use parsley instead.

Preparation steps

1.

Mix flour with baking powder, add yogurt, 4 tablespoons oil and salt and knead everything into a smooth dough, adding a little flour if necessary. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Then divide into 4 pieces, knead each and roll out into patties on a lightly floured work surface.

2.

Wash meat, pat dry, and season with salt and harissa. Place in a baking dish and cook in a preheated oven at 180 °C / 350 ˚F on the middle shelf for 25-30 minutes.

3.

Meanwhile, clean and wash spring onions and cut into thin rings. Wash beet leaves, shake dry and cut into fine strips. Mix both with 1 pinch of salt, 3 tbsp. oil and lemon juice.

4.

For the sauce, wash the tomatoes, cut them into quarters and remove the seeds and stalks. Wash the lovage and dab dry. Peel onion and garlic, chop both coarsely. Cut chili in half lengthwise, clean, wash and finely chop. Put tomatoes, lovage, onion, garlic and chili with 2 tablespoons oil and vinegar in a high cup, puree and season with salt and pepper.

5.

Fry patties one by one in a pan in a little oil for 3-4 minutes on each side over medium heat. In parallel, cut chicken meat into pieces. Spread the pan pizza without yeast first with tomato sauce and put some of the beet mix on top. Then cover with chicken meat and finally grate the cheese over it.
