- 2 cups Ketchup
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 2 Tbsps prepared Mustard
- 2 Tbsps Molasses
- 1 Tbsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- ¼ tsp coarse salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch Onion powder
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp Celery seed
- 2 tsps liquid smoke
Preparation steps

Combine all ingredients in a nonreactive saucepan, set over medium-high heat. Slowly bring to a boil, reduce heat and gently simmer, until the sauce is thick, dark and flavorful, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Transfer sauce to clean sterile jars and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Sauce will keep for several months.
