Preparation steps

For the ketchup, peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Sauté both in a saucepan with 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil. Sauté until soft, then sprinkle with the sugar and deglaze with the vinegar.

Add the tomatoes and the instant broth. Simmer for 4-6 minutes, then puree with an immersion blender. Mix the remaining oil into the ketchup while mixing. Let cool, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
