- 1 kilogram Pork cutlet (triggered)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 250 milliliters Beef broth
- 800 grams small potatoes
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped rosemary
- 2 Tbsps chopped Pistachio
- 4 Tbsps honey
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F)
convection.

Rinse the meat, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons hot oil in a roasting pan and saute the meat on all sides. Add enough broth to just cover the meat and roast 1 hour. Add more broth so that the meat is slightly covered. Scrub, rinse and halve the potatoes and add to the pan during the last 35 minutes of cooking. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the oven. Stir together the rosemary, pistachios and honey and add to the pan during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

Slice the meat and serve with the gravy and the potatoes.
