- 400 grams carrots
- 1 small onion
- 2 tsps Cultured butter
- 2 tsps liquid honey
- salt
- peppers
- 100 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp ground Poppy seeds

Preparation steps
Rinse and peel carrots. Trim the green tops to about 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch). Rinse the trimmed greens and set aside for garnish.
Peel onion and chop finely.
Heat the butter in a shallow pot. Sauté the carrots and onion over medium heat, turning occasionally for 4 minutes.
Add honey to the carrots and stir. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in the vegetable broth, bring to a boil and cover the pot. Cook over medium heat until al dente, 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile, toast the poppy seeds in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes while constantly stirring. Sprinkle the seeds over the carrots, garnish with the green carrot tops and serve.
