4 thick Tuna steak (ready to cook, skinless, about 160 g)

Preparation steps

Preheat the broiler.

Rinse and dry the mint, then remove the leaves and finely chop. Warm the honey, and mix with the lime juice and mint.

Rinse and dry the tuna steaks. Season with salt and pepper, then sauté with butter in a hot pan. Flip the steak, drizzle with the honey glaze, and cook for 2 minutes under the broiler until the honey has caramelized slightly.

4.

Remove from the broiler, drizzle with more of the honey glaze, and serve immediately.
