2 Limes (juiced)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 Pineapple (cut into 3/4-inch rings; core removed)
2 cups Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Preparation steps

In a baking dish, combine honey, lime juice and cinnamon. Arrange pineapple rings in the glaze and marinate for 2 hours, turning several times. Reserve honey syrup.

Set up grill for direct grilling and preheat to medium heat.

Arrange the pineapple rings on the preheated grill. Grill on both sides until the glaze caramelizes, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
