- 1 Tbsp whole, raw almonds
- 1 Date
- ¾ cup
- 1 pinch Gingerbread spice (or cinnamon and cloves )
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 chocolate-coated Ginger cookie (optional)

1 Tablespoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small pot, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Immersion blender
Preparation steps
1.
Finely chop the almonds with a large knife. Pit date and finely chop.
2.
In a small pot, combine almonds, dates, milk and gingerbread spice; heat until warm. Let stand 5 minutes off the heat.
3.
Add honey and puree with an immersion blender until completely smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve with ginger cookie if desired.
