2 egg yolks
½ cup caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup cream (35% fat)

1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 2 Bowls, 1 deep bowl, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Ice Crusher, 1 dünne Rubber gloves oder Einmalhandschuhe

Preparation steps

1.
Cut out 6 30 x 7.5cm|12" x 3" strips of non-stick baking paper. Wrap each strip round a serving glass, securing with an elastic band or string or a paper clip.

Break up the chocolate and put into a heatproof bowl. Place over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water until the chocolate has melted. Set aside to cool slightly.

Whisk together the eggs, egg yolks and sugar until thick and pale. Whisk in the melted chocolate and vanilla and whisk until smooth.
4.
Whisk the cream until softly peaking. Fold into the chocolate mixture until evenly blended.
5.
Pour into the glasses, so that the mixture comes well above the rim of the glasses. Freeze for 12 hours.
6.
Place in the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
7.
Sift a little cocoa powder and cinnamon over the top of each mousse and sprinkle with a little black pepper.
