2 onions
3 Tbsps butter

250 milliliters milk

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and dice potatoes and onions. Heat butter in a saucepan and saute onions and potatoes until translucent. Add broth and season with salt. Simmer, covered, for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add milk and puree finely.

2.

Cut off bread crust and cut bread into small cubes. Heat butter in a pan and cook bread cubes until golden brown, Pour soup into bowls and top with bread cubes. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
