- 700 grams Beef fillet (ready to cook)

- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 4 shallots
- 2 carrots
- 300 milliliters dry Red wine
- 200 milliliters Beef stock
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground allspice
- 1 sprig rosemary (divided into small pieces)
- 2 sprigs thyme
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

Rinse meat, pat dry, trim and season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sear meat on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
