- 500 grams Kefir
- 300 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 4 Tbsps Oats
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 tsp Lemon peel
- 4 Tbsps honey
- 300 grams Apricot
- 200 grams Raspberries
- Lemon balm (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Whisk together kefir, yogurt, lemon juice, oatmeal, lemon zest and honey.
2.
Rinse, halve and remove pits from apricots. Thinly slice apricots. Rinse raspberries and gently pat dry.
3.
Divide kefir soup among bowls, top with apricots and raspberries and garnish with lemon balm leaves.
