Preparation steps

1.
Heat the sugar and water in a pan over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 1 minute.

Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice. Pour into a serving bowl and leave until cold.
3.
Peel, core and chop the apples and pear and stir into the syrup.
4.
Skin the peaches, remove the stones and chop the flesh. Add to the syrup with the grapes and blackberries.
5.
Peel and slice the kiwi fruit and stir into the fruit mixture. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
