1 walnut-sized Truffle (such as summer truffle)
3 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Trim the green leaves from the kohlrabi and set aside. Peel and cut the root into thin slices using a slicer. Arrange on 4 large plates or a large platter.

2.

Clean the truffle thoroughly and slice very finely on a truffle slicer. Place pieces of truffle between the kohlrabi slices and garnish with the kohlrabi leaves.

3.

To serve, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
