3 sprigs rosemary
3 garlic cloves (crushed)
cup olive oil

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the grill or barbecue.

Separate the meat into four equal pieces. Mix together the rosemary, garlic, oil and the meat and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
3.
Remove the meat from the marinade and shake dry. Place on the grill or barbecue and grill for 15 min, turning occasionally. Brush with the marinade every now and then and finally season with salt and ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
