1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps olive oil
400 grams Ground meat (mixed)
salt

1 tsp oregano
350 grams Sour cream
2 tsps ground paprika (sweet)
2 Tbsps Tomato paste
1 pinch Chili powder
½ Iceberg lettuce
300 grams Salsa (from a jar)
150 grams Corn (canned)
200 grams Kidney beans (canned)
100 grams grated Cheese (such as Emmentaler)
Tortilla chip (for serving)

Preparation steps

Peel onion and garlic and finely chop. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic and saute for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Then add ground meat, fry for 5-10 minutes until crumbly and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Set aside and let cool.

Mix sour cream in a bowl with paprika, tomato paste and chili powder and season with salt and pepper. Rinse lettuce and chop. Arrange lettuce in a glass bowl, cover with a layer of ground meat and cover with sour cream mixture. Spread salsa on top. Drain corn and beans, rinse and drain again. Arrange corn and beans on salsa and sprinkle with cheese. Serve with chips.
