Preparation steps

1.

Sift the flour onto a work surface. Mix the almonds and fructose. Form a well in the middle. Add the egg and cold butter. Chop everything with a knife and knead with hands until smooth. Wrap in foil and chill for 1 hour.

Roll the dough onto a floured surface and line a greased mold with it. Form an edge and pierce several times with a fork.

3.

Bake the springform an for about 10 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F) until golden brown. Cool slightly in the pan.

4.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the remaining ingredients. Stir until the cream is thick, but not frothy.

5.

Remove the crust from the mold and spread with the cream. Chill the cake and serve.
