Preparation steps

Rinse and thinly slice the lemon grass. Bring the lemon grass and 400 ml (approximately 13 ounces) of water to a boil. Remove from the heat and let steep for 10 minutes. Pass the mixture through a fine strainer, and place the liquid in the fridge. Sweeten the tea if you'd like.

Melt the chocolate in a small pan, ensuring that it melts in an even layer. Dip serving glasses in the chocolate, set aside, and let set. Fill the tea into the prepared glasses, and serve.
