2 lobsters (cooked and triggered)
4 Tbsps Mayonnaise

1 splash lemon juice
1 Tbsp butter
4 White rolls (or hot dog buns)

Preparation steps

Step 1

Rinse, peel and finely chop the celery.

Remove the lobster meat from shell and cut into small pieces.

In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat with celery.

Stir in the mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper and lemon juice to taste.

Melt the butter in a hot pan.

Add the rolls and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

Turn with a cooking tongs and repeat on other side. Remove the roll and place on the work surface. Allow to cool briefly.
