A Tip: the smoked salmon can be replaced by very fine strips of smoked haddock. You can also add a teaspoon of pink peppercorns to the dill cream.

Preparation steps

1.
Wash and dry the dill. Remove the leaves and chop finely. Fold into the cream cream and season. Chill.
2.
Wash and dry the cucumber and slice very finely. Chop the smoked salmon into strips.
3.
Drizzle the bagels with olive oil and then toast until golden-brown.
4.
Spread the dill cream cheese on the lower half. Add the cucumber slices and salmon strips. Top immediately with the top half of the bagel.
