1 baby Swiss chard
1 can white Beans (400 ml)
½ lemon
3 Tbsps olive oil
200 milliliters Vegetable broth
salt

Preparation steps

Cook the pasta according to the package directions in boiling salted water. Drain well. Rinse, trim, and thinly slice the zucchini. Rinse, trim, and chop the swiss chard. Drain the beans in a colander.

Rinse the lemon, and remove the zest with a peeler. Squeeze the juice. Add the olive oil to a pan and sauté the zucchini and chard, stirring often. Deglaze with the lemon juice and broth. Add the beans, season to taste with salt and pepper, and cook for 4-5 minutes.

3.

Add the pasta and toss until combined. Divide onto plates and garnish with the lemon zest.
