2 small Mackerel (each 500 grams)
lemons
1 fresh garlic clove
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse mackerel, pat dry and season inside and out with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice and let rest.

Divide garlic bulb into cloves, peel and cut into slices.

In a large skillet, melt butter and fry mackerel over medium heat on each side for about 5 minutes. After frying breifly, add garlic slices and let cook for a few minutes. Finally add parsley. Serve if desired with a fresh baguette, lemon wedges and a dry white wine.
