- 1 toasted Nori seaweed
- 1 pc Cucumber (About 5 cm)
- 20 Basil (such as Tulsi)
- 150 grams finished Sushi rice
- 1 Tbsp Wasabi
Preparation steps

Cut nori in half.

Rinse cucumber, pat dry, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into thin strips. Rinse basil and pat dry.

Place a halved nori sheet on the rolling mat. Spread half of sushi rice on nori, leaving a narrow margin above rice. In the middle of the rice, spread a small amount of wasabi paste and arrange basil leaves on rice. Place cucumber sticks over basil leaves. Roll nori sheet into a sushi roll with the aid of the rolling mat. Cut into 4 pieces. Follow the same instructions with the second nori sheet. Serve immediately.
