Preparation steps

1.

Cut fish fillets into strips (about 1 cm) (approximately 1/4 inch). Cut ginger into thin strips.

2.

With your finger, apply a little wasabi to nori sheets. Cover with rice, leaving 1/4 of the area empty. Top with strips of fish and ginger and roll using rolling mat. Cut each sushi roll into 6 equal pieces. Serve with dipping sauce.
