Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel the mango, remove the core and finely dice the pulp.

2.

Put the pulp with the onion, spices, sugar, ginger and vinegar in a pot to boil and let it thicken about 30 minutes over medium heat. Puree if desired and season with salt.
