Preparation steps

1.

Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the pit and cut 4-8 thin slices for garnish, cover and refrigerate. 

2.

In a blender, puree the remaining mango with yogurt, sugar and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Spoon into dessert bowls and garnish with mint leaves and mango slices.
