- 4 Oganic oranges
- 4 centiliters Grand Marnier
- 2 Tbsps liquid honey
- 2 Tbsps chopped Pistachio
- mint (for garnish)
- lemon zest
- Orange zest (for garnish)
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp Sour cream
- 1 generous pinch ground Saffron
- powdered sugar (aas desired)
Preparation steps

Peel the orange thoroughly, making sure to remove all white skins. Cut the oranges into thin slices and collect any juice. Mix the juice with the Grand Marnier and the honey in a bowl. Carefully mix in the fruit slices and let soak for approximately 1 hour.

Whip the cream. Mix the sour cream with the saffron and powdered sugar. Fold in the cream.

Place the oranges in bowls. Sprinkle with pistachios and garnish with mint. Add a dollop of the saffron cream. Sprinkle with the orange and lemon zest and serve.
