2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 Oganic oranges (juice)
1 tsp grated Orange peel
2 dried chili peppers (crushed)
½ tsp dried oregano
2 garlic cloves

Preparation steps

In a shallow nonreactive pan combine the orange juice and peel, crushed chili and oregano. Peel the garlic and push through a garlic press. Remove half the mixture and add the meat to the remaining mixture. Place in the refrigerator, cover and marinate 2 hours.

Heat the grill to medium and lightly oil the grates. Lift the chops from the marinade (discard marinade) and pat dry, sprinkle with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill, turning the chops until cooked through, about 8 minutes. Serve the chops with the reserved orange mixture.
