Preparation steps

For the marinade: In a bowl, whisk the olive oil with the lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar and ginger. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

For the pork chops: Place the pork chops in a baking dish and pour the marinade over top. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and pat dry.

Grill the pork chops until cooked through, about 3-5 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
