250 grams Seitan
3 Tbsps soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
4 Bell pepper (red, green, yellow)
4 Radish
2 Red onions
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp black Sesame seeds
salt
freshly ground peppers
ground Cumin
1 large Tomato (heirloom, such as Old German)
1 handful Coriander

Preparation steps

Cut seitan into strips and mix in a bowl with soy sauce and sesame oil. Rinse peppers, drain and pat dry and halve and remove stems and seeds and ribs and cut into strips. Rinse radishes, drain and pat dry and cut in half. Peel onions and cut in half and cut into slices. In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil and sauté peppers, radishes and onion for about 2 minutes.

Remove peppers, radishes and onions from pan and set aside. Fry seitan in the remaining oil until brown. Mix vegetables with sesame seeds and season with salt, pepper and cumin. Rinse tomatoes, drain and pat dry and remove stems and cut in half and cut into slices. To serve, arrange vegetables with seitan on plate and top with tomato slices and garnish with cilantro.
