750 grams small waxy potatoes
1 bunch Basil
l Marsala wine
4 Tbsps olive oil
3 Tbsps butter
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes, rinse, and pat fry. Melt the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan.

Add the potatoes, and sauté for 10 minutes over low heat. Turn the potatoes, top with 1 tablespoon of butter, and sauté an additional 5 minutes.

3.

deglaze with marsala, and bring to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of butter, and finish cook on low temperature for 20 minutes. Turn the potatoes occasionally.

4.

Rinse the basil and remove the leaves from the stems. Season the potatoes to taste with salt and pepper, garnish with the basil, and serve.
