- ⅔ cup Mascarpone
- 2 Tbsps cream cheese
- 2 Tbsps Candied fruit (cherries and apricots, chopped)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pomegranate (halved, seeds removed, juice retained)
- mint (to garnish)
Preparation steps

Mix together the mascarpone, cream cheese, fruit and the lemon juice. Pour the pomegranate juice onto plates and place a ball of the creme on top. Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds around the edge and serve garnished with mint.
