400 grams Savoy cabbage
60 grams butter
4 scallions
6 Tbsps warm milk

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and quarter the potatoes, then cook in boiling water for 30 minutes.

Drain the potatoes, mash with a fork, then dry slightly.

Rinse, trim, and julienne the cabbage. Blanch for 10 minutes in salted water, then remove with a slotted spoon and drain. Melt half of the butter in a large pot, and sauté the cabbage and scallions.

4.

Add the cabbage mixture to the mashed potatoes, then add enough milk until the potatoes are creamy. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Top with the remaining butter befores serving.
