Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and cook in boiling salt water for 25-30 minutes.

Rinse the leeks and cut into thin, narrow strips. Cut the ham into wide strips and saute briefly in hot oil. Add the leeks and saute. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Drain the potatoes and crush coarsely with a fork. Serve the mashed potatoes with the mixed ham and vegetables.
