1 kilogram starchy potatoes
200 milliliters milk
3 scallions
90 grams melted butter
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 20-30 minutes. Drain and peel the potatoes. Rinse and trim the scallions, then chop. Add the scallions to the milk, and heat for 5 minutes, but do not boil.

Mash the potatoes, then gradually add the milk-scallion mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide the mashed potatoes into four bowl, then form a well in the middle. Divide the melted butter into the wells. Sprinkle with the coarsely ground pepper, and serve immediately.
