- 400 grams Tomatoes
- 3 Zucchini
- 200 grams Mozzarella
- 700 grams mixed Ground meat
- 2 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 200 grams Crème fraiche
- 2 eggs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 200 grams Mozzarella
Preparation steps
1.
Peel onion and chop finely. Rinse tomatoes and cut into slices. Trim zucchini, rinse and grate coarsely on a vegetable grater. Cut mozzarella into slices.

Sauté onion in hot oil in a frying pan. Add ground meat and cook until crumbly. Then stir in the tomato paste and season with salt and pepper. Mix in zucchini.

Stir eggs with the cream fraiche until smooth and season with salt.
4.
Coat a baking dish with oil. Add ground meat mixture and spread the surface smooth. Pour over the egg mixture. Top with tomato and mozzarella slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
