- 800 grams mixed Ground meat
- salt
- peppers
- Tabasco sauce
- 2 small onions
- dried Basil
- green peppercorns
- 3 olive oil
- 200 grams Smoked bacon (diced)
- 1 lg can Corn (about 400 grams)
- 1 green Bell pepper
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 1 small onion
- chopped parsley
Preparation steps
1.
Peel and chop the onions. Saute the onions in oil.

Mix the cooked onions with the ground meat and shape the meat mixture into patties and grill over high heat.
3.
Fry the bacon in a large frying pan. Remove the bacon from the pan and reserve the drippings in the pan. Peel and dice the remaining onion. Trim the peppers and cut into strips. Drin the corn, rinse in a colander and drain.
4.
Place the vegetables in the pan with the bacon drippings and cook until browned.
5.
Place vegetables pan on a plate and sprinkle with the cooked bacon. Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley and serve with the meat patties.
6.
Serve with salad, if desired.
