1 kilogram mixed Ground meat
600 grams Spaghetti
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
400 grams pureed Tomatoes
400 grams button Mushroom
olive oil
2 Bell pepper (1 red and 1 green)
1 cup Crème fraiche

75 grams grated Cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse and drain.

2.

Peel onion and garlic and finely chop.

3.

Brown ground meat in 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Add onion and garlic and cook briefly. Then add pureed tomatoes. Simmer and thicken, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.

Rinse mushrooms and chop if necessary. Cook in hot oil until golden brown.

Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and dice.

6.

Brush a baking dish with oil. Add spaghetti and top with dollops of creme fraiche. Pour meat sauce over spaghetti and top with diced bell peppers and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
