- 50 grams Watercress
- ½ Cantaloupe
- ½ Cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 150 grams Blue cheese
- 3 Tbsps Orange juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Orange zest
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 2 Tbsps sour Whipped cream
Preparation steps

Rinse watercress, spin dry and pluck into smaller pieces. Halve melon, remove seeds, cut into wedges and remove peel. Rinse cucumber, pat dry, halve lengthwise and cut diagonally into thin slices. Peel, halve and thinly slice onion. Remove rind from cheese. Slice cheese thinly, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

For the vinaigrette: Whisk together orange juice, honey and orange zest. Season with salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in oil until emulsified. Mix together crème fraîche with cream.

Arrange melon wedges, cheese, cucumber and onion slices on plates. Top with watercress. Drizzle with vinaigrette and crème fraîche mixture and season with salt and pepper.
