1 Galia melon
1 honeydew melon
½ Watermelon
2 Tbsps Rum
5 Tbsps Cognac
2 bottles Prosecco

Preparation steps

1.

Halve the melons, remove the seeds and form balls using a melon baller. Place the fruit in a punch bowl. Add the rum, cognac and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Pour in half of the prosecco.

2.

Chill for at least 2 hours. Pour in the remaining prosecco and serve.
